The working principle of SCMT series nitrogen making machine is based on the pressure change adsorption principle, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, nitrogen from the air, after purification and dry compressed air, pressure adsorption in the adsorbent, decompression desorption.Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. Oxygen is preferentially adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished nitrogen.Then, oxygen and other impurities are desorbed by vacuum - reducing adsorbent to achieve regeneration.The equipment is set up in the system of three adsorption towers, including two towers adsorption nitrogen production, one tower desorption regeneration, on the basis of the two towers pressure swing adsorption, according to the best adsorption performance of molecular sieve, adsorption time is constant, shorten the regeneration time to achieve.
